I started working in a high school training center in 1987. From there I went to San Bernandino Valley College, earning credits towards an associates in Early Childhood Education. In 1990 I took a break from college and started my family. We decided to move to Utah where I finished my associates degree. I have been working with children for 24 years; ten of those years have been with Davis School District. During my career I have been the director at: Children's Garden Learning Center, Creekside Elementary, Samuel Morgan Elementary, Bountiful High, and now Syracuse High. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with children young and old. Everyday is an adventure!

I started working in the child care field by working in the Davis High School Training Center in 1992 (as a high school student). From there, I went to Weber State University and graduated with my associates degree. I also earned my CDA from the Child Development Association. I worked in a private daycare for five years, two of those years were in management. I took a year off when I had my son and then went to work part time, back at Davis High. I worked there for nine years. When Syracuse High opened in 2007, I made one of my toughest decisions, and I switched schools. I love working here, and have never regretted my decision to leave Davis. I truly love your children. Being in child care for 19 years has been a great experience for me.

I attended Weber State University, while in college I ran a child development classroom. After college I worked as a medical assistant for an optician, then I relocated to MN, and worked at Two Harbors High School. After awhile I moved back to UT and began my involvement with Davis School District. I worked at Northridge High School, Cook Elementary, and Syracuse Junior High. Upon Syracuse High's opening I worked as a cook in the cafeteria, and a year later I started working in the daycare. I think it's safe to say that I get an overwhelming sense of fulfillment from working with the children. I have so much love for the kids. The positive atmosphere and loving environment makes me love it here at the Tiny Titans Daycare. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
